About wingrabs

1. Our mission

The internet is full of casino rankings where positions are sold to operators. Our mission is to show what a casino actually looks like from the perspective of a player who has truly deposited there. Every wingrabs review answers three questions: is the bonus worth the wagering, how fast do they really pay out, and does support respond when there's a problem.

2. Testing methodology

Before a review is published, every casino goes through a hands-on test lasting at least two weeks. The reviewer creates an account, completes the full KYC process, deposits the equivalent of about 50 EUR or more, plays a typical session, and performs at least one withdrawal using two different methods.

The final score (1–10) is a weighted average of four criteria: security and licensing (30%), payments and withdrawals (25%), game and bonus offering (25%), customer support and UX (20%). We update reviews every three months, or immediately after a material change to the operator's terms.

3. Editorial independence

We earn affiliate commission from "Claim bonus" links, but the commission does not influence the rating. Editorial decisions are made solely by the wingrabs team — the casino operator has no say in the content of the review, the ranking position, or even whether it gets published. Casinos with serious problems land on the blacklist with documented complaints, regardless of any existing partnership.
