1. Editorial matters
Questions about reviews, suggestions for new casinos to test, errors in content: hello@wingrabs.com. Response time: up to 3 business days.
2. Casino problem reports
If a casino refuses a withdrawal, blocks an account without justification, or applies unfair bonus clauses — describe the situation at complaints@wingrabs.com. Include: casino name, date of the incident, copy of the support correspondence, and your case number (if any). Every verified complaint is taken into account when updating reviews and the blacklist.
3. Partnerships and media
Casino operators wishing to be reviewed — partners@wingrabs.com. Media, podcasts, press — press@wingrabs.com. We do not respond to proposals for paid ranking positions or marketing pieces signed as "editorial articles".
4. GDPR requests
Requests to access, rectify, erase or transfer personal data, as well as objections to processing, should be sent to privacy@wingrabs.com. We process requests within 30 days in line with Art. 12(3) GDPR.
5. What we do not do
We do not mediate disputes with casinos and do not pay players on their behalf. We can highlight an issue in a review and redirect to the supervisory authority (e.g. the casino's licensing body). We do not provide legal or financial advice — consult a lawyer or adviser if needed.
